The area key tracks how many times the ball spins back to its previous area based on how many numbers you are tracking.

Let's say we are tracking 11 numbers and the previous result was number 9. The calculator is expecting that the next result will be within 11 numbers that surround the number 9, which are:

If the next number is not one of those numbers, the calculator counts how many times it misses (this is called a depth).

Let's say it missed and went to number 25. Again, the calculator expects it to land on the 11 numbers which surround the number 25, which are:

If the next number is not one of those numbers, the depth will increase again to 2 under the "current" field:

The calculator will also keep track of the maximum depth that your session has gone to.

Let's say that the next number hits one of those numbers that surround 25, 4 for example.

As you can see, the "current" field (depth) goes back to 0.

It will then display on the bottom graph, how many misses it took before it hit, which would be a win.

You would want to have at least 8 to 15 results (wins) before you would bet. So the graph should look like this:

The number to the right of the bars, shows what depth the win came in.

0 would mean that the win came straight away.

1 means that it missed once, and then came in.

2 means that it missed twice, and then came in.

From this graph, you can decide at what depth, you would like the calculator to tell you to bet. In the example above, we can see that the wins have come in mainly on a depth of 1,2 and we had one that went to 3.

So we would set the start betting at a depth of 1

We would also set the "Only bet X number into Depth" to 3, so the calculator would let us bet 3 times into the progression. So in this case, we would bet on a depth of 1,2 and 3

Then you set how much you would like to bet on each number:

Depending on how many numbers you are tracking, the calculator shows you how much you should increase your bet if the result misses where you bet.
(please note, Lightning Roulette only pays 30:1 so the amount shown to bet will be incorrect. We typically track 15 numbers with Lightning Roulette and double the bet amount on each miss!)

When the calculator reaches a depth of 1 or whatever you set it to, it will highlight like this:

You would then bet on the numbers that have highlighted. The easiest way is to set the neighbor's bet accordingly with how many numbers you are tracking. In our case, it is 11 numbers, so we would set the neighbors bet to 5 which would cover the number 31 and 5 to the left and 5 to the right.

If it misses, you would follow the amount to bet here in the "value per number":

    IMPORTANT!

This calculator shows you what depth each of the past results have come in on. It is up to you how to make your bets.

We look for a table that isn't varying on depths too much so we can bet maybe 2 or 3 times in a row.

If your graph looks like this:

It is clear that the results are too varied and you SHOULD NOT BET!
